i think everyone was expecting this. there was no way he could accomplish anything with his lawsuit as it was just way too late. the team already moved. it was a pathetic selfish attempt to save face. if he truly cared about the sonics he wouldn't have sold the team to bennet in the first place, and even if he did he would have sued as soon as there were rumors that the sonics were possibly being moved, not after the nba has already approved of moving the team.
