I don't agree with the statement that there is no pressure on the players. Like it or not, the worse a team performs, the less fans that go to the games. The better they play, the more that will show up.

Seattle had a great fanbase, there is pressure on these fans to match the leagues expectations

I would have stopped reading right there, but I skimmed through it so I could post an accurate critique. I didn't expect to say this, but this is the worst article I've ever read from a professional newspaper. It says absolutely nothing.

As said before, the arena will be packed until the fans realize how bad the team is.

Dont worry, all will calm down after a couple years of crappy teams, sub 30 win seasons, and the high of stealing a team from Seattle wears off and they fall into fan obscurity. (I.E. Clippers, Grizz, Bobcats, Bucks)
