Orlando Magic head coach Johnny Davis and Seattle SuperSonics head coach Nate McMillan today were named the Eastern and Western Conference Coaches of the Month for games played in November.

Davis led the Magic to an 8-5 record, a significant improvement from last year’s 0-14 start. This season marks the best start for Orlando through 13 games since going 10-3 during the 1998-99 season. Orlando leads the league in rebounding, while ranking among the top 10 in blocks (2nd), scoring (3rd), opponents’ field goal percentage (7th) and free throw percentage (9th).

Thats kind of a surprise, but a nice accomplishment for Johnny. I don't have many complaints with him so far.
