TD Waterhouse is about to be bought by Ameritrade.

I'm not sure how this would affect the naming lease of the TD Waterhouse Centre, because there is still a few years left, but I imagine if the business is being bought out, Ameritrade would assume the naming rights. Or they could possibly cancel the naming rights, I suppose, leaving us searching for another company or changing it back to the O-Rena.

What do you guys think about Ameritrade Arena?

Well if the company is going to be called TD Ameritrade, then obviously it will be TD Ameritrade Centre or something to that effect...

Not necessarily. First of all, the transaction is not done yet, so I doubt the name is hardly official yet. Second, maybe the Ameritrade marketing heads don't like the ring of 'TD Ameritrade Centre' at all, and they might want to change it up. Finally, maybe Ameritrade doesn't want the naming rights at all and sells them.
