The perfect offseason
I think that instead of drafting Kirk Hinrich, which i dont think we could in the first place, draft a great passing/defending point guard, no need to be flashy here... I'm thinkin Steve Blake (By the way, if their are any Troy Bell lovers out there... like me... i dont think he would fit in any better than Hinrich... same goes with Marcus Hatten)
Orlando also has the Kings first rounder which will probably be 30th (Whos gonna stop em?). Sure, that means that we could draft Chris Marcus... well I dont want him, instead i'd go with Darrell Tucker, maybe risk chemistry with Giri with Dhantay Jones, with the possibility of Keith Bogans or Luke Walton.
Orlando wants to land a free agent... If only theyre was a rebuilding team that wants to dump salaries that had a center that since he's struggling with injuries, he may not cost as much to re-sign, but still can be a dominant force in the league if healthy... Maybe we could call him.... Marcus... Marcus Camby.
But how do you get Camby? You trade Grant Hill to another team (Toronto, Dallas?) for picks, then send some picks to Denver.
Re-sign Giricek and Kemp, sign James Posey.
C: Marcus Camby, Shawn Kemp
PF: Drew Gooden, Steve Hunter
SF: Tracy McGrady, Darrell Tucker
SG: Gordan Giricek, James Posey
PG: Steve Blake, Darrell Armstrong
Looks solid to me, yea the Darrell Tucker - 1st round might be a little off, but to me, he seems to be the next BIG find in the draft, and the Magic would need a player like him if they choose to trade Hill.
Bah, post your comments... also i wanna know... WHAT CAN TRADING GRANT HILL GET IN RETURN?!?!
