Sunshine Network

Anyone heard any inside info on the Sunshine/Time Warner dispute? I am beginning to think that Sunshine is gone forever, which really stinks. Living in Tampa, I only occasionally get to see a game from WRBW.

If anyone cares, if you have digital cable from Time Warner and call to complain (and threaten to go to DirectTV) apparently Time Warner will give you the League Pass for free the rest of the year. Unfortunately, I dont have digital cable either.

I really irritates me when millionaires get into stupid disputes that hurt the real people of the world. I just wanna watch some games.

Sunshine Network only shows Heat games but once in a blue moon (and I mean once in a blue moon) I get to watch a Magic game on Sunshine Network. So that doesn't effect me that much.

I'm thinking of purchasing NBA league pass soon but is it worth the money if more then half the season is over?

I tried that and they wouldn't give me a thing. They wanted to charge me $99 for the league pass for the rest of the season.

I know 2 people that got it for free already having Digital Cable. Otherwise, you get like 40 cents off your monthly bill or something like that.

They're either very lucky or very good at talking people into things.

It's about time! Sunshine and Time Warner have reached a deal effective immediately. Terms haven't been released yet, but from what I hear, it's a ten year deal. We can finally watch the Magic again. Check the link for more info.
