I wonder where he was in the 90s when the EAST was the beast?

I mean - this is the fault of mr. Stern and it doesn't improve either with the new alignment he has! He takes one very good eastern team and takes it west - does he think "that little move" is going to improve the east???? Why doesn't he JUST concede that the NBA has TOO MANY teams?
