going back to the thought that this team is missing some veteran leadership and someone to help keep the team focused, what do you all think of Cassell coming over for reasonable price?

(this thought came after seeing bootstrenf's post about Sam wanting to go somewhere he can contribute to a winning cause, no offense to the Clipper Nation)


After losing Hill and Battie it's evident that this team is far too young to maintain a solid 82 game season without a kick in the posterior by a savvy vet such as Cassell. He is a coach on the bench and on the floor, and he could also help Jameer a lot (which is IMO a great investment)... like any investment it takes time and attention before it pays off.
