So the 1st Grand Slam tourney of the yr is in its concluding days. Roger Federer is trying to capture his 10th major, chasing Pete Sampras but he must get passed a resurgent Andy Roddick in the semis.
Serena Williams on the women's side is looking strong after an injury-plagued yr last season & pretty much the past couple of yrs. She's in the finals waiting for the winner of the Sharapova/Clijsters match taking place live.

This just in. My fave female tennis player of all-time is in the finals after demolishing Kim Clijsters & she will meet Serena for the 2nd time in a Grand Slam final. Great job, Maria. Take it home & whoop that big booty of Serena's.

Serena is showing complete and utter domination right now in their match won the first set 6-1 and broke Sharapovas first 2 serve's in the 2nd set and is up 3-0. She is just totally overpowering her.

on the way back to the top she is almost back to her best after all those injuries.

Serena - The princess mobbed the floor with Sharapova.
I love it - she showed the young russian who's the real #1 player and called her ***** to make things worse for her. LOL - did anyone catch that when Shara almost hit Serena with that volley? the stare and then the word ***** followed....classic beatdown.
