All it took for California junior center Todd Follmer to end his recruitment was an offer and a subsequent visit to a Pac-10 program.

Lorenzo Romar and the Washington Huskies recently received a verbal commitment from 6-11, 220 lbs. post prospect Todd Follmer of Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. The decision was made after Todd completed a visit to the Washington school earlier this month. He was also receiving interest from the likes of Utah, Gonzaga, California, Stanford, New Mexico, Texas Tech, Santa Clara and Colorado State.

Follmer helped lead the Double Pump All-Stars program to the semi-final round of the Jayhawk Invitational in Lawrence, KS, earlier this month. He is a prospect with a large upside, having displayed good athleticism, a nice touch around the hoop, and the ability to alter a number of shots in the paint.

Hoopmasters.com ranks Todd among the top 35 centers in the Class of 2004. He is expected to participate in the Nike All-America Camp later this summer and will continue to play at various events with the Double Pump All-Stars.
