I think their size is going to wear on Xavier. I wouldn't expect much out of Lavender tonight, he's got horrible matchups tonight.

Lavender is better than Collison IMO, and is showing that he is a better ball-handler, penetrator, and leader. Kevin Love is special folks, that is all.

I like Lavender, I played against him in a Nike League in high school so I've always tried to keep up with how he's played.

But better than Collison? I don't think so. Better penetrator? Collison might be the fastest player in the nation.

He got into the lane quite a bit (at least when I was watching) while Collison struggled to do the same. Collison is fast but I have never been impressed with him as a basketball player.
