Will Brown Be Leaving?
Is the schism between Iverson and his coach too big for them to live together in Philly?
I always remember what Reggie Miller said about Brown as a coach - after he left and had Bird coaching him:
Larry Brown is into control, teaching young players.
Larry is into coaching men and letting them play their game.(That is the gist of what he said, not his exact phrasing.)
That means that Iverson is a man and not a college kid and needs a man to coach him, not a college, control freak like Brown.
Thoughts on the rift between the two?
