Is Dallas crazy??
I read in the Daily News that Dallas had asked for Wille Green, and Samuel along with Glenn Robinson for Antoine.
Are they out of their mind? Jim O'Brien isnt that stupid. Give up Willie and Sammy? Yikes that would be a disaster..
" addition to Robinson, Dallas asked the Sixers for Willie Green, Kyle Korver or Samuel Dalembert, and that seemed to end the discussion, at least temporarily."

You just ADDED the word "and" into your own description so that you
could attack something which has to do with Antoine Walker.
What the Mavs have asked for is another young player along with
Robinson. Either Green, Korver or Dalembert would have to be
included. Not AND.
Walker is simply better than Robinson and therefore should fetch
more than a simple one for one trade. There is no point in the Mavs
doing the trade unless they actually get something for it. And an
older and less talented Big Dog is not enough.
So to answer your question, No they are not out of thier minds.

This isn't the first time. Over and over again all of his posts are made to attack Antoine.
That is all he knows.
Philly fans better get used to him showing up everytime Antoine has a bad game.

All I can say is, when I read that John Salmons is probably the guy most likely to be added to a trade, I grimaced. His versatility, is something we can't afford to lose.

Do you even watch the NBA, Antoine is one of the greatest passing bigmen today, he is a good locker room prescense and is capable of getting 20-10-5

I never thought I'd see a seventh man like John Salmons labeled as untouchable. Antoine Walker has his faults, but he's a nice passer, a locker room leader, and he plays defense. We're talking about getting him for Glenn Robinson, who doesn't pass, is a cancer, and is one of the worst defenders in the entire NBA.
And Philly fans are wetting their pants over losing a guy like John Salmons?

Salmons is a seventh man now, but that doesn't mean he'll always be just a seventh man. While it seems pretty riddiculous to fret over losing Salmons, right now he's the team's second best defender (behind only Willie Green), and he's inexpensive and can play several roles for the team. No one said he's untouchable, I'm saying that I didn't want to lose him.
There's been a history of trades that seem to be heavily loaded in one way, and in the end be lopsided in the other direction. I like Antoine Walker, but in all reality he won't be back with whatever team gets him (especially Philly), and then the question has to be asked.. does Antoine Walker put the Sixers in championship contension this year? Not in my mind. All it would do is push us into one of the top spots in the East for one season.
Now, I'm not saying John Salmons will ever be a superstar, but he's a glue guy who will be very inexpensive when his rookie contract runs out. This league is built on guys who aren't much to look at, but are essential parts to successful teams.
