Iverson having practice problems already?..

Something to keep an eye on: Allen Iverson's tardiness and aversion to practice is already starting to wear thin on coach Jim O'Brien, and teammates as well. . . .

Not sure how true this is, and I really hope it isn't true at all. Right now Iverson has to realize that he can only cross this bridge too many times, and with the support O'Brien has from the front office, Iverson would be setting himself up for a move out of town.
Everything else we've been hearing so far has been positive, and sparkling reviews of his attitude. So I'm just hoping this is false like a lot of stuff that springs from the New York press.

This had better not be true. Please don't let us down again Allen, please. It's news like this that worries me as a hardcore Sixers fan.

Philadelphia coach Jim O'Brien described as "fictitious" a report in the New York Daily News alleging that 76ers star Allen Iverson consistently has been late for practice.
Sunday's edition of the paper said: "Allen Iverson's tardiness and aversion to practice is already starting to wear thin on coach Jim O'Brien, and teammates as well."
O'Brien had not been aware of the article, but he quickly disputed it.
"I don't know what they could be referring to," he said.
"Be late for a Jim O'Brien practice?" Iverson added. "That wouldn't be a good idea."

The NY Post and daily are the most blatant lying papers in the world...Sports wise at least. They dont report the news, they make it up to fit thier teams needs. I wouldnt trust them if the said Detroit beat the Lakers in the finals or the Pats won 3 of the last Superbowls or if the Yankees some how blew a 3 game leas to the Sox...there would have to be some hidden agenda...

NY Post is owned by Rupert Murdock, the same guy who run Foxs Network's various reality shows and news.
NY Post = trash ever since Murdock bought it.

Yeah, I was skeptical about it when posting it, but I thought it was a little more believable since it was reported by Mitch Lawrence instead of Peter Vecsey. I guys all the guys are the same, writing for that tabloid.
