Season Series: First meeting of the season.
Storyline: PHILADELPHIA (Ticker) -- The Utah Jazz try to avoid an eighth consecutive road defeat when they visit the Philadelphia 76ers on Monday.
Utah, which is on its longest road skid since dropping eight in a row from December 22, 1996-January 11, 1997, absorbed its seventh straight away defeat on Sunday, a 94-93 setback at New York.
Matt Harpring scored 21 points - just four in the second half - four the Jazz, who lost for the 14th time in 18 games.
Utah, which is 0-3 on a five-game road trip, slipped to 2-9 since placing All-Star forward Andrei Kirilenko on the injured list with a sprained MCL in his right knee.
The Sixers have won four of their last five games, including a 116-97 triumph at Milwaukee on Saturday in which Allen Iverson scored an NBA season-high 54 points.
Iverson, who recorded his 15,000th career point during the win, made 17-of-29 shots and 16-of-21 free throws for his sixth career 50-point game.
Utah has won five of the last six meetings with the Sixers and three of the last four encounters in Philadelphia.
