King:Sixers, underachiving in the market.
In the world of Philadelphia, you have a city of commited people.
Commited attiudes.
Old and Young alike.
There aren't too many thugs, or at least not as many as there were in 96' the year Ai was drafted.
There are also some commited Personell people as well.
Such as the Mr.Ed Snider who made the Flyers, easily the best team in the NHL.
Don't argue New York it's fact, inspite of your known fame to be rich, you've failed miserably to outdue the Flyers'.
If Mr.Snider had no intentions on agreeing on the sign/trade they did to acquire the 4 best players on the market, this easily could've been an article about how the Phillies.
Some how some way, Charlie Manuel still has a team 4 games over .500 (roughly .527/.538) in 3rd place in the wild card.
Then a year ago, the Eagles outbattled the Baltmore Ravens, to acquire now distraction and personal ******* Terrell Owens.
As Much as people would like to diss the General managing and the knowledge of Philadelphia.
It's safe to say without E.D Snider, we wouldn't have two contenders for a major world championship.
Yet Billy King has yet to do something.
That is of course, then do the obvious.
By Billy King's resigning his Young core, he completed his task of making a team that would be together 2-5 years down the road.
Will it be successful is the obvious questions?
In my view, if the 76ers' get hustle players energy players, guys that can work together to lift this team to a higher level of intensity then this could possibly be the most sucessful move Billy King has had.
But the chances are Unlikely.
Billy King said that there are some players "Not worth" Handing the MLE (Mid-Level exception) to.
This made me scream.
What the **** are you talking about Billy King.
There are 75 percent of players, who are damn well worth more then the 'mle' you talk about 5 million as if it makes some body rich.
We couldn't possibly get any big time names, but if your saying that Louis Williams was the best option avaliable then your joking.
Not when there's Guys like Lebron James, Larry Hughes, Donyell Marshall avaliable.
Well they weren't avaliable to us via money, but at any rate.
To say Billy King cannot do better then sign a one legged guy like Chris Crawford, and a couple of undraftees is retarded.
The Eagles and Flyers obviously are World championship contenders.
But to say that the 76ers, couldn't get anywhere closer then where they are now is retarded.
I'm by no means an NBA analyst that is able to analyze an off-season better then the media.
Infact, i'm one of the worst in trade scenarios.
But it doesn't take a genius to figure out that There are more then enough affordable players, that could make up for the so called power, chris crawford has.
I might as well just state it right now.
