76ers Cheeks may be looking at an 8 man rotation but by no means should they give up

Many peoeple believe that a bench is the key to a world championships, but in a way that’s true.

And in another way it’s false.

Remember last Years Pistons’ didn’t have a bench, but if they actually played some defense in the paint in game 7 the spurs’ wouldn’t have come out on top.

The 76ers are looking at such a predictament and the difference is that they may not have the money or talent to do it.

While the starting lineup can pull in 45-50 victorys it remains to be seen if there consistant enough to profill expectations.

Because if there not…….Well if there not this is who your going to have to go to and ask for the number 8 seed in the east.

G/F Johnny Salmons- He’s loaded with potential, just hasn’t unloaded it yet, if his contract ytear turns out to be a failure, then the trade that sent Speedy to San Antonio was stupid by far. Not just because Johnny didn’t perform, but Speedy would help out the depth chart to this day.

G Louis Williams – He had high expectations coming out of middle school, and well that’s just about it for the High School senior who led his team to the National High School title. It remains to be seen if he can improve enough to play in the NBA, but it also remains to be seen if he can even play along side Allen Iverson…….. His Idol.

Pf-Michael Bradley…….. You know the only one who played was Webber from the Kt trade, that I don’t know what to say about him.

We all know who are the starts and this the bench.

Can the 76ers improve?

Well Johnny Salmons is going to have to play like he’s a legitmate small forward, and literally carry the team on his back when Webber and our answer is unable to do so.

Michael Bradley is going to have to play……..no I mean it that’s what he has to do go out on the floor, and contribute more then 2 minutes of action…….which is what he preciously got last year from O’Brien.

And Louis Williams will have to work hard…really hard, if the 76ers are going to make the playoffs with this 8 man rotation….no worse then that if there going to come out with a .500 record at the end of the first half, Williams and Salmons and Steven Hunter will have to work hard.

Really Hard.

If those guys do not perform.

We’re in for a hecktic year and this time you can’t even blame coach Cheeks.
