Barkley or Iverson?
Which player was a better Sixer?
I think Iverson beats out Charles by a hair.

Re: Barkley or Iverson?
I'd say Iverson, because of his demeanor on and off the court, it was actually healthier for the team. I think during his tenure he's contributed more positively to the organization. If he wanted, he could've went all negative on the Sixers and forced his way out of town like Chuck.

On the court, I'd have to say Iverson. When thinking about it, despite them playing different positions, these two are very similar.

Re: Barkley or Iverson?
Allen Iverson. Charles Barkley didn't want to be with the Sixers after a while and never brought us as far as Iverson has. Iverson is basically the symbol of Philly sports.

Re: Barkley or Iverson?
I'll go against the grain and vote 4 Barkley.
Remember, Chuck never wantd to leave Philly. He finally aske out because he didn't like owner, Harold Katz b/c he wasn't signing any good players, and Barkley was tired of losing. It was tough being a 6er fan back then and it was tougher seeing Sir Charles get traded.
