Darius Miles

Coach Brown seemed to be singing Darius Miles praises after the past two games and talked to him for quite some time after this sundays home game. Does anyone think he may make a run at him in the offseason? If so, could he and Allen gel. It is quite obvious D. Miles is miserable in Cleavland, so maybe he would wan to come here.

......

I would be incredibly suprised actually. I really do not see Miles having a lot of upside. Personally I would take Jumaine Jones over him, but thats my opinion.

I think that Darius is a very raw player, with barely any skills beyond jumping and above par dribbling. He is much like Larry Hughes was early in his career.

I think if Miles felt comfortabe with being a role player, used in situations where he could be useful , it could happen. But I dont see him in this uniform any time soon

(but who knows I could be entirely wrong.)

It's basketball, not track and field. Running fast and jumping high doesn't count for points or defensive stops. Miles and Davis would be better off playing the trumpet. Add Wilcox, Crawford, Magettte, and a dozen or more others. Can't stand to watch them play "assketball" . Spelling was correct.

I don't blame Brown for taking the less athletic Salmons and Clancy. Perhaps they want to learn to play.

If college is a farce for some of these early draft entries, please get a real minor league with aspiring coaches who teach fundamentals and mental toughness. Pleeeeeeeeee!
