7 straight

I know they were dinky teams but you have to be glad we won all those games going into this tough stretch.

I am really hoping we knock off Utah and Denver , 9 straight would be incredible. We are technically the hottest team in the league.

And how about ERIC SNOW with a triple double, now thats cool.

I was at the game last night and I wanted to point out some things about the sixers as a team

1. Eric Snow had a very good game. He really knows how to run and control this team no matter how I feel about him starting.

2. Allen Iverson could do so much more IMO from the point guard slot. He had 34 pts and 9 assts and really looked to set his teammates up. Billy King do you hear me: Get us a stud 2guard and Larry make AI play the PG.

3. Keith Van Horn seems like he doesnt have fire but plays hard and I can respect that.

4. I am liking the acquisition of Kenny Thomas more and more. I just cant stand the fact that he doesnt complete the easy layups the way he does the hard and akward ones.

5. Brian Skinner really plays D hard. You gotta like that and I think hes found his niche with the Sixers.

6. DC is fat and out of shape but he still will surprise you with something good, like last night blocking Shane Battier's dunk in the last few minutes of the game.

7. Aaron McKie is and has been out of shape for the past 2 years and its ashame because I now feel he is stealing money. HIS PAYCHECK!!!!

On to Memphis

1. Pau Gasol is a very long and when I say long I mean long player and has fire and I like that alot. I really wish he was here

2. Jason Williams really has toned down his game and I like the way he plays the PG position now.

3. Mike Batiste irritates me

lol

Good post I love the comments.

Its awesome to have someone who saw it first hand , I had season tickets for 5 years but lost them the year before the finals GRRR.

Anyway as to your points.

1. I agree with your assesment of Snow, his floor game has been exellent the past few games.

2. As I do see your points going with AI at the point, I think that it might be too big of a move for BK or LB to make, especially after the initial success of AI to the 2g, and the recent win streak I wouldnt expect anything soon.

3. Keith is interesting, I think hes been improving as of late, he is growing mroe like Harpring hussling wise, and is providing a spark offensively. I think he will help us , by shooting from the perimeter down the stretch.

4. Yes Kenny is looking like he is fitting in more and more , as far as the layups, im sure he will get back on track and the outcome will probably be reversed eventually. But he definitely is a quality player for us.

5. Skinner is someone I like alot, just for his long arms, and he is always attacking by posting, something NBA should do more. He makes many mistakes , but his defense has been solid for a while now.

6. Lol Dc is fat, and always will be, hes out ofshape and always will be. But he still contributes by putting up solid numbers, as much as I despise his perimeter game, he made a nice jumper lass ngith in the clutch.

7. Aaron Mckie, needs to rejuvinate himself and get back to the player he was, a nice shooter, and solid defender who can handle.......

I loved how Larry commented on Gasol last nite, it seemed like he really liked him. That kid could be something special, he probaly just should cut back on the turnovers.

Jwilliams is also turnign around, I know he doesnt bring as much excitement, but he uncalled for threes have gotten lower. Muts be Hubie

Thanks BEEZ, if you go to more games post your thoguhts again!

I think we should go for Carmelo Anthony or Josh Howard and Kyle Korver(he can shoot the three). If we can atleast get one of these players then we would be UNSTOPPABLE!!!

We wont LOSE enough games to have a shot at any of them. If we finish outside of the lottery, we have to give our draft pick to Boston

Unless they move up to take a chance on a rookie, they're going to be drafting in the middle of the first round. Those three will be gone by then!

The only way they get a chance at any of these guys are if they dont make the playoffs and are in the lottery. The sixers have no tradeable assets that would net them a top 3 pick. If they do make the playoffs they must give boston their first round pick

The Sixers are one of those teams like Minnesota, which do well enough to (maybe) get home-court in the playoffs.

The only difference is that I think that Philly can actually get past the first round.
