There is talking that Francis may be headed to Philadelphia for Webber... I don't know, it can't be so bad if then they trade Andre Miller for a good PF.

Even if this rumor wasn't official, it's not like acquiring Steve Francis would prevent the team from tanking. He'd probably speed up the process.
