-Sixers bring back BC's Sean Williams and LSU's Glen Davis for second tryouts. Some of you guys really like Davis so this is a good sign that they are possibly interested in him. Williams is an ultra-athletic PF/C with limited offensive game. On athleticism alone, he is a lottery pick, but has had legal troubles (marijuana charge for one, and I believe there is more that I am forgetting). Apparently he is a smart guy though, King says that he score almost 1300 on his SAT's. Hopefully, they are looking at these guys at 30 or 38 and not 21. Both have considerable question marks that will make them available somewhere in the mid-20's and beyond.

-Aaron Afflalo worked out against Julian Wright yesterday.

-Jason Cain (Virginia, late 2nd or undrafted) and Carl Landry (Purdue, 2nd round) will be working out with Williams and Davis today.

-Reports are saying that the Sixers are in talks with T'Wolves for 6th pick to draft Jeff Green. King would neither confirm nor deny the reports.

-Cain went to Bartrum High in the city. He is a decent all around player but nothing special.

-In Ford's new blog entry, he says a number of teams are interested in trading up to #6 with the Bucks (thanks for the correction Beez) to draft Yi Jianlan. Sixers also in talks with Charlotte for #8, offering #12 and #21.

-Sixers and many others have good interest in Nick Young as a late lottery guy. Seems to be the hottest name in the draft right now.

-Sources say the Hornets are locked on Thad Young at #13 if he makes it down that far.
