wat are your thoughts on him and how well u think he will do this year?

He's an interesting guy, but I wouldn't get too excited about him for the near future. Jason's 7'0, athletic, and active, but he plays mainly facing the hoop without having real 3pt range. If you put Fazekas' skills in Smith's body, you might have a near-Dirk. He'll be in the league for a very long time as long, mobile rebounders have a long shelf-life there.

I don't see star potential in him, but I see a solid, rotation energy guy a la Varejao, David Lee.

BTW, I'm a big fan of what Philly has done post-Iverson. They've repositioned themselves nicely.

Hes really talented and I am happy hes here. I honestly thought he was some random stiff. Hes been a pleasant surprise. I hope hes utilized correctly, with Mo CHeeks being the coach.

yeah, he's fast and hustles alot. I just don't know about any post game from him.

Ive seen moves from him that suggests he would, but its not/nor seems to be a consistent thing.
