Re: Huge Game Tonight: Sixers @ Wizards
I love this team, and they can be fun to watch but their flaws are so apparent that it's hard to get mad when they show up. The team has no half court sets, and on top of that there's no off ball movement. The few times there are off ball movement it all takes place at the top of the horn. That's not gonna get it done.
I would love for this team to institute the Princeton offense. I was screaming from the first quarter on for someone to cut on the baseline but it never happened.. not once. It's frustrating.
Also something that bothered me was that the Sixers had the Wizards in the penalty from the 8 minute mark. Why is it that the team suddenly stops driving and starts firing away shots from the perimeter? At that time the Sixers go on a cold streak and the Wizards go on a run to take the lead.
I wasn't expecting much in the playoffs, but I wonder if these problems will get solved in the offseason.
