I don't know about Ford's rotations, but I actually like how he stood up to Iverson. If you ask me, he already has Iverson's respect - unlike Ayers. It would take a lot of balls to stand up to a franchise player like Iverson and Ford's "no-bull****" attitude has actually stood out here. If you ask me, thats the type of attitude we need. A coach that will take no crap, and stand up to his players. Thats how you gain respect. If it was Iverson or Green that missed practice, the same punishment should be used. I'm a firm believer in equality, and I believe that benching Iverson to start was the right decision. I hope no-ones decisions on disliking Ford were based on his reaction to Iverson skipping practice.
As for his rotations, I'm glad he used Dalembert more in his second game. Give the guy some time before judging him, in 5 games he'll have more of a feel for the team he's working with.
I'm not saying he's a great coach, but the way he stood up to Iverson was admirable. I don't dislike Iverson, but I'm sure that Ford will not be pushed again as coach because of the first step they got off on.
