Nice. I'm happy with the 11th pick. Also happy to listen to trade offers.
Seuss, will you be running a postseason again?

The clock officially starts at 12EST/9PCT Sunday.
If Baron decides to pick early Sunday, before the given time.
He can, but the clock will not start until the given time.
So no one would be skipped until 4 hours after 12EST/9PCT.

I could pick now but want to listen to trade offers from anyone willing to offer a premium for the #1 pick . . . not just swapping picks in later rounds but a significant step up in the 2-5th area.
If I had the 5th pick, I might be able to put together a nice team of Big Johnsons:
1st: Magic
2nd: Dennis
3rd: Larry
4th: Gus
5th: Kevin
6th: Marques
7th: Neil (Johnston but close enough)
8th: Joe
9th: George (okay center is a weak spot)
10th: Fast Eddie
11th: John
12th: Slow Eddie
Start non-scoring shotblocker George Johnson and try to run people off the floor with
Magic, Dennis, Marques, Gus, and George . . . then bring in Neil, Larry, and Kevin for the rotation . . . Joe, John, and the two Eddies are deep depth outside.

Since I'm new and still wrapping my head around some of the concepts here, I'll probably have occasional questions. Here's one:
When choosing a player, we get to choose what season they represent. Now, do we base that statistically from a 'per game' point of view? What about seasons where players' seasons were cut short due to injury? (i.e. Jordan's 2nd year - although you probably wouldn't use his 2nd year if you chose Jordan).

Presumably (although I guess Seuss is the final authority here), we don't have to specify an exact year to bring back the player from--most of the time when you say player X "in his prime", everyone knows what you mean. At least that's how it went last year.

That's basically it.
You draft a player and say your bringing him back in his prime.
I thought it might be helpful for drafting a guy like Shaq, so you can give the year you want to bring him back from. That way people will understand how
good he was and not associated old Shaq, with the Shaq you selected.
Basically, if you draft a player that is still playing, tell us what year you are bringing him back from. But if you draft a retired legend, then everyone knows he's coming back in his prime.

Define 'legend'. LOL
Actually, I'm just thinking about late-round picks - players that, perhaps, won't go down as legends, but in their prime, put up good numbers and were good players - until injury cut their careers short (or they simply weren't the same after injury).
