Think about it this way people: your names are on the poll. That means these guys:
...can see whether or not you voted for them.
Wouldn't you rather have, like, Kirk Hinrich or Mitch Richmond come after you?

Actually, we send Mel Daniels after you and Rodman runs away in his little dress; throwdown between Daniels and Lucas would be something to see though. But if it gets serious, Wilt just comes over and picks them both up until they play nice.

Tough call between Washington and St. Louis, but Wilt puts the Bullets ahead. The Bobcats and Heat also have very good teams.
Washington would probably be better off with McGinnis starting instead of Bobby Jones whose great defense they can bring off the bench. The Bullets will be tough to out-rebound with Wilt, Jones, Marion, Frazier, Lever, and McGinnis and Daniels off the bench. Richmond and King are certainly better scorers than Lever and Marion, but Wilt has a significant scoring advantage over Duncan. I'll give Frazier the advantage over Payton, but St. Louis has a much better option at PG off the bench than the Bullets. Gus Williams is much better than Hinrich. I think Mel Daniels would have been a better NBA player than Daugherty, but that's no guarantee since he only played in 11 NBA games. McGinnis is better than the underrated Paul Silas who won't score much but was a very good rebounder and very good defensively. The Bullets also have a scoring advantage with sharp-shooting Dale Ellis instead of Andrew Toney, who however, was a pretty good shooter himself.
The Bobcats are probably the third best team. They probably have the best starting five, all of them are Hall of Famers, although Hal Greer is certainly more of a SG than a PG. However, Barkley is their best player, the one who they would have to depend on most in big spots, and as great as he was, I'd rather have Chamberlain, Bird, and Duncan. With Chet Walker they have a great player off the bench, but then the bench isn't too good. Glenn Robinson was not as good as his stats and not a winning player. Kellogg had a chance to be a very good player but his career was cut short and didn't get to play in any playoff games.
The Heat are basically starting 3 forwards as McGrady is more of a 3 than a 2. Larry Bird is great to have on any team, as is Dennis Rodman despite his antics, he's indeed one of the best rebounding and defensive forwards ever. Ming is solid but I still think he's a bit soft. McGrady is a great scorer and HOF caliber player despite his major playoff failures. Terry Porter is a good PG, but certainly not a great player. Westphal who should probably be in the Hall of Fame, and Lucas are very nice players off the bench. The rest of the bench is not too impressive, although Natt can score some points and Elmore Smith will rebound and block some shots. Steve Francis has nice numbers but is not a winning player and I wouldn't want him on my team.
The Magic are the weakest team in the division. They do have two great HOF players in Barry and Cowens. But the backcourt of Bibby and Wallace isn't very good. Horace Grant won't score much, but is a good rebounder and defender. They have a nice backup center in Laimbeer, and Vandeweghe can provide scoring off the bench. The rest of the bench isn't very good. Barry will have carry the bulk of the scoring burden on this team.

Orlando is weak. And why is Laimbeer coming off the bench? You draft Laimbeer, and you do not start him over Grant? I think you put him as your starting center with Cowens as the power forward. You then at least have a "solid" front court. Laimbeer was a better player than Grant, and I would see Laimbeer getting a majority of those minutes. Laimbeer was a far better shooter, and better rebounder than Grant. And with that weak lineup you need your best out there. Grant would be a solid backup for either position PF C
