As the Trading Deadline is a little more than 30 days away, I would to hold a Mock Deadline. Teams will be allowed to trade unitl February 20th, 2008 at 10:00 pm EST. Teams must use the following links as resources to execute trades or other NBA transactions.

• Trades must follow the Real CBA Guidelines (125% plus $100,00).
• Draft Picks are to be used as sweeteners to the deals. Draft Picks from 2008 to 2010 are valid only to trade if your team owns the rights.
• Teams that wish to buy-out Players have 90% of Contract divided over the remaining years applied to Team's Salaries. So, if the Sand Dogs buy out Julies Anderson (contract was , Anderson's contract paid him $10 Million and is expiring, the Sand Dogs apply $9 Million to the Team's Salaries.
• Current Free Agents and Players bought out may be able to be signed for the remaining part of the season and will go to the highest bidder. Teams must PM me to place a bid on those players, I will then notify the teams that a bid has been placed on the certain player without diclosing the team that made the bid.
• Transaction and Team Rosters (maintained by GM) will be in the Phoenix Suns OT Forum.
• GMs must find a replacement if the choose to Resign. No more, "I am sorry, I am too busy to do this" Check your schedule be for hand.
• ALL TRADES MUST BE SUBMITTED TO ME FOR APPROVAL.
