What should I improve on? IDK what stats are good enough to win, my first year playing in a fantasy league.

Assists? McGrady is ok, but injury factor must make it a bit of a worry.

You have fairly solid players, but you know what you are going to get from them. Perhaps the only thing I don't see on that list is a sleeper player to explode from last year. Maybe Young has some credentials there, though.

I traded Beasly and Young for Devin Harris and Nocioni. I don't think I can get much for Tmac, I'll just cross my fingers.

Harris would be paying off well for you by now :P Prince also seems to be a great complementary guy, I had him on last seasons roster. I'm not playing this season, though I wish I had created a team...
