Getting ahead of myself but here's a link to the 2006 free agents. Not a whole lot out there but a couple names that I think would be a good fit if the Suns decide to spend some money.

Jared Jeffries- Athletic young frontcourt player. Has some shooting ability, I think would blossom in Phoenix.

Speedy Claxton- What a great backup point guard Speedy would be. He'd be able to keep pushing the tempo.

James Posey- Good shooter from the frontcourt, athletic as well.

Qyntel Woods- Athletic quick forward. Still gettting better; would be an asset.

We can use our picks to get younger, or get a backup PG, or get a big man. If necessary we can package Jones, Dijon, or House with those picks.

If we stay healthy next year we have a shot at the ring...again.

But **** all this free agent, trade, and draft pick stuff. Our team is still playing and is only 2 wins away from the finals. We need to be talking about that right now.

I think Claxton would be the perfect backup point guard for this team. I agree that he'd have to take a paycut for us to get him, but he would definately fit in.
