I just took a look at what picks the Suns have next year and I found this for a pick:

2007 second round draft pick from Charlotte
Charlotte’s own 2007 2nd round pick to Phoenix (top 55 protected). If this pick is not traded for any reason, then Charlotte will no longer owe Phoenix anything [Charlotte – Phoenix, 8/2/2005]

So, if Charlotte has a pick in the second from 31-55 this year and we don't trade it, we get nothing?

I don't believe that it is top 55 protected. The pick is conditional but not top 55. And if it was top 55 protected untill 2007... that means that if its a top 55 pick in 2007 then the Blazers have the pick. Then we get their pick in the '08 draft. I might be mistaken, so correct me if I'm wrong.

We got that 2nd round pick off of trading Voshkl, right?

Yeh it was from Voshkl, and was preety much a here have him for nothing kind of deal.

That is right. The Suns unloaded Jake for a Trade Exception and that pick. That was the only thing that they could get. They then traded that TE for Skita from Minni. The Suns can still trade the pick but it will more than likely not result in a pick.
