Re: GT #10: Phoenix Suns (7-2) @ Houston Rockets (6-3) - 11/17
We need to dominate them! We need to send the league a message that we're better than EVERYONE and our only challenge is San Antonio, but we're better than them too!

This will be a tough match with or without McGrady.
As long as Chuck Hayes is in the game, I like the Suns chances.

In the past, the Rockets usually haven't been able to keep up with that Suns breakneck pace, but it seems like the Rockets this year could cope with that pace better and be able to slow it down some with Yao. On the flipside, if we get Yao into early foul trouble, we usually impose our will.
Either way, fast-paced or slower-paced, it'll be a good game to watch. This is definately a game I'd like to see us win, even though it won't mean as much without T-Mac and with this game being the second of a back-to-back for them.

That was a good game because they almost pulled it out... They were really missing T-Mac's heroics in the waning moments.

I like the Suns to win this game but we'll be without the services of Raja Bell and Steve Nash is also injured with his ribs but is expected to play...
Houston is also hurting without McGrady and it's been shown in the past that Yao can't run with the Suns...

Nash showed no signs of hurting. He was on top of his game. Grant Hill has also found his role, he looks beautiful in the Suns system.
The negative from the game had to of been Amare. He once again was picking up stupid fouls, and then when he played under control, he was soooo much better. He needs to be under control all the time.

yep Amare almost fouled out in this game, Scola was really damaging to us, both because of his scoring which seemed to have been overlooked by our defense (21pts) and because he was drawing fouls off us frequently it seemed. Was he flopping around abit? Amare didn't like Luis Scola one bit :P
U guys called it, Ming struggled and only played 22 mins. Skinner and Piatkowski also did well off the bench.

Didn't get to follow the game on ESPN Gamecast since I ended up being caught up with a buncha people... Seems like the Suns were in control of the game for the most part. Glad we pulled it out with Raja hurt... He really just needs to sit down until he's 100%. On another note, I didn't like that we had 25 turnovers >_>

Not by any means a pretty win but I'll take an ugly win over a pretty loss any day...
We turned over the ball too much and what in the hell is wrong with our free throw shooting? We're better than that!!!
Now let's prepare to turn the Kings into Queens....
