How's Eisley?

Hi folks, just popping by from Knick land. I'm pretty happy with the Marbury trade, but I understand why Phoenix did it, and I think it'll work out well for you in the long run. Might take a year or two but it'll happen.

I'm just wondering how some of our old boys are doing over there?

What's the word on McDyess's knee? Think he'll be re-signed (for cheap I'd guess)?

Lampe getting any minutes? How's he looking? (He's the one we worry we should have kept)

And how is the immortal Howard Eisley? I see you guys are giving him the same kind of minutes as we did -- what's up with that? Barbosa's shooting percentages look way better, and he's got far more upside. Don't you hate when they give a guy minutes just because he's expensive!!! Maybe they play him so you'll get more lottery balls?

Anyway, you guys have a lot of young talent, it'll get better. Good luck in the draft and FA market.

McDyess might be back after the all-star game, they say they're going to give him some good minutes to see if he's worth resigning (ie they're tanking ). Phoenix is not resigning him. The fans don't want him, and I don't think he wants to be here.

Lampe only got significant minutes in one game.. against the Pacers he went two for five and hit a couple real nice jumpers.. haven't seen enough of him to make judgment, but he seems to have a lot of upside..

Watching Eisley run the team is akin to watching someone slowly being poked in the eye with a needle.. yes, it's that bad. He constantly overdribbles and shoots too much.. his so called "veteran leadership" that we use when we play him the ENTIRE fourth quarter is non-existent. This guy is the supposed "understudy" to John Stockton? They are polar opposites. Can't stand the guy.

Ouch, that was a painful laugh...

Isn't it amazing how badly his stats misreprent his ineptitude? He has no court vision, the offense (NY) had no energy, no flow, and while he can occassionally penetrate or hit a shot, you would never want him shooting in the clutch. At least in NY they'd bench him for the fourth quarter.

Thanks for the feedback!
