regulated penalties for crimes, if found guilty you get the same penalty no matter who you are and where you live. actually make justice blind. with 2 exceptions if you are found guilty of murder or harming minors in any way that person's closest relative chooses your fate if they want to (spouse child etc.)

no plea bargains.



if found to sexually assault or harm minors castration is an option and that child's parent can choose your fate.

and crimes are judged based on their impact on society .....(if you hack a bank and steal 1 million it will be dealt much harsher than if you stole a honda civic) no difference between white collar and other crimes

victimless crimes are decriminalized (prostitution , drug use etc.)

if caught on camera doing a crime , you will be punished publicly, and torture is an option.

abortion is illegal unless in cases of child deformity (whether it is mental or physical) or rape or the health of the mother is in question .

gay marriage is illegal

civil unions are legal

universal heath care with govt. public option

strict tax code based on income , no loopholes

Misdemeanors- Property damage & vandalism. You break it you ****ing buy it. You just threw a brick through the front window of a Starbucks and can't afford to pay for a new one? Well, have fun being a barrista. Wait, you're already a barrista, Starbucks can dock your pay.

Felonies- Robbery/theft, assault, murder

You stole something? You're paying for it. Don't have the money? Then you're working off your debt, deadbeat. Assault someone? It's the hoosegow for you, oh and when you get out you're paying any medical bills that resulted from your shitheelism. Murder/kill someone? Well, have a lot of fun in the hoosegow and know that if you ever get out that you get to make restitution to the victims family.

We're ending all the freaking drug laws. Also, we're going to overhaul the prescription laws because most times you know what you need and your pharmacist is perfectly capable of evaluating your medicinal regimen and warning you about what you're doing. (I've actually had pharmacists change my regimen before because they noticed potentially dangerous interactions that my doctors missed, but of course the way they did it was to waste time trying to get in touch with the doctor and explain their mistake and explain the correct options.)

In my new nation there will be chaos.

Tax law: No sales tax, no consumption tax, Income tax at a flat rate. Corporations pay same tax as individuals.

There is no safety net other than universal healthcare. Private corporations will be utilized to branch free, universal care to their own institutions. Two tiered systems are fine as long as the minimal medical requirements are met.

You are entitled to nothing when you're old or poor.

Mandatory paid 6 weeks off a year

Guns are mandatory. Gun education mandatory.

No military, just weekend training of all adults and children over 12, one weekend a month.

Criminal code reduced significantly. Officers are allowed to write "For being and a*****e" tickets. These are fines that keep increasing as they are accumulated. Multiplying factor for repeat offenses of same offense. Urinate in public, that's being an a*****e. Drive fast and change lanes like a dick? a*****e. Talk loud on your cell phone in a restaurant? a*****e. All drug crimes are gone. Drugs are not only legal, but available without prescription. Pharmaceuticals are not allowed to be advertised in any way to the public.

So I guess we need to define what country this is. Are we talking like a USA or Canada that spans a continent, or are we talking like a Germany/France/England? Or is it like a Holland/Belgium? Because agriculture policy will be very different in all of those depending on natural resources and the type and amount of land you have.

I would support a policy that provides advantages to sustainable agriculture practices and protects and encourages a local food system. Direct farmer to consumer sales should be encouraged. This would allow more money for the farmer and with more farmers in the fold a cheaper price on higher quality food.
