I know a fair number of white racist democrats if that helps the argument that stupidity isn't relegated to any border, affiliation, membership, or any other association.

If you want to make the claim that the GOP has a significant population of racist individuals I would concede every time, however no one should act like Democrats don't specifically appeal to minorities for votes and that it isnt its own sinister brand of racism.
