Do you know that Obama's OLC has made the legal determination that Obama can murder US citizens and that their 5th Amendment right to due process is not infringed if the executive branch deliberates about it? We went into Libya because it could be done and done effectively without becoming entangled in an endless quagmire. We aren't going into Syria because the opposite would be true. We are certainly doing what we can to try to see that the outcome is to our advantage by means short of war. Libya is pretty much a European operation, they needed it done to have an end to the nonsense and secure their energy supplies. They just don't have the means to do anything of significance and that is why we were forced to accept as limited a role as we could possibly get.

And we get to kill anyone who is trying to kill us. I don't give a **** who likes it either. War is war, if you're too big of a pussy for real world shit, that's your problem. When AQAP starts resorting to fighting us with law books we'll worry about their rights. No one is going to give you the job of protecting the lives of the people Awlaki wanted to kill, (that would be your life if you didn't know it).

Oh, why hello there. "American" here and I'll go ahead and be that guy. I can verify that our country is in fact full of prideful ignorance. Now, this is ignorance that is prevalent on a global scale, but here in the states, holy **** folks, tie your boots tight for the shit is mighty thick here. And by shit I mean misguided fools who lack mental autonomy and have no idea what the **** they're talking about.

As for the election, just to scratch surface level: Obama is overwhelmingly more qualified to be President, and realistically speaking that's not even up for debate. When looking at the trajectory of the Romney campaign, we've been seeing a man who is being coached to no bounds to emulate the complete command on body language and rhetoric that President Obama is so very renowned for, rightfully so. Thing is, Obama, as swagalicious and lovable as his personality so dictates, is, without question, an incredibly intelligent and empathetic man underneath it all. Obama has vision, Obama is a person. Romney has confidence, but I'm not convinced he's human.

I just spent the past 10 minutes searching for Youtube timestamps from the debate to highlight Romney and his inadequacy, but decided that'd be redundant as they'd be numerous. The validation and satisfaction of my lifespan is not decided by the political figures and social movements of the day, but ****ing balls.. if this guy is elected I'm moving to Canada due to anger towards the jackasses who elected him.

I make no pretenses to fabulousness. I am a committed peace activist, though. And approving of a sociopath because he "looks presidential" and threatening to vacate the country if one sociopath rather than another gets elected does seem a little silly. So one less pom pom girl for either team is a net positive.
