Romney got a slim chance at winning the Popular vote...Obama got a over 50% approval rating

The uncounted ballots were invalid. They can not be counted legally or practically. Aside from that the margin in those invalidated ballots is almost certainly extremely similar to the margin in those which were not invalidated. So when you talk about thousands of invalidated votes what difference would they have actually made? In all likelihood that difference would be vanishingly insignificant, perhaps as few a couple dozen votes added to the margin of loss or victory. It's just not an argument which carries much water.

Do you not remember 2004 when Kerry was announced winner, then the next morning Bush won?
Dude, look around at the different media outlets. Every single one is reporting different results. You cant take any of them seriously at this point in time.

Kerry was never called the winner. Ohio was always in play till 2pm the next day when Kerry finally conceded

I guess CNN is doing everything except calling Obama to win the Electoral College. It certainly looks from what they are saying that he's going to win in Florida and he seems to be ahead in Ohio as well.
