Except her bigoted commentary wasn't at all connected to her work, and if her settings were private (not willing to trust her just saying that her profile was), whether the contract's gross midconduct provisions (if any) apply becomes less of a sure thing.

From what I read, she posted it, a co-worker took a picture, then she took it down. Co-worker showed it to boss who fires her.
