Re: Insomnia help
I always found exercising really hard during the day helps alot to make sure you're dead tired by nightfall. I also always found that eating one or two...ummm.. special homemade brownies did the trick too, but Id always suggest the former over the latter.

Would sleeping pill's work?I've always heard they are dangerous or something like that.

Re: Insomnia help
1. exercise during the day. and make sure it's some kind of cardio so you're body is tired, not just weights.
2. try to turn off the tv or computer at least an hour before you go to sleep. the glow from the lights makes you want to stay awake when you're in bed.
3. get off the cafeine. it's not good for you. and at 14, yo udont want to get addicted.
4. do not take pills.

Re: Insomnia help
Pills are dangerous, yes. Caffeine is bad for you in the long run.
Seriously, try to exercise during the day, like after school. Go to bed earlier. Even if you stay awake for hours, the earlier you get used to going to bed, the better it will get. Sleep patterns take a week or two to set, you can't just do it in a day.

whatever you do before you go to bed, do it earlier. say if you watch tv, or play video games or your homework, do those earlier, and see if you start to get tired earlier. also get alot of excercise.
