I am quite familiar..unfort. in the aforementioned post the poster stated that that was the "only definition" which of course isn't true.

Funny, when I search Merriam Webster online I still don't find your definition there. I believe you may be thinking of the phrase "touched in the head" which does mean, mentally unbalanced etc.
