just got my xbox 360
if anybody want to play either battlefield 2: modern combat, or madden 08, look me up on there. my name is aaronpick, so add me to your buddy list then get worked at madden, lol. Battlefield 2 is really awsome on this console, very lifelike, and is onlt 24.99 used at game stop. trust me, you will love it for xbox live.

X-Box 360, better games currently, however I don't own either of the games that tradetheo was talking about.

Xbox360
better games more selection currently
better and bigger online network (xboxlive)
cheaper
Playstation 3
better dvd player (blueray)
some exlcusive titles

Thanks guys. I think I'll go with the Xbox360. The fact that the Playstation3 has a blue ray dvd player doesnt do much for me. I'm getting a 1080p upconverting DVD player soon and dont want to commit to a Blue Ray or HD player until the price for one that plays both formats goes down or the industry makes a choice as to which will dominate.

if ou want a cheap game you will get addicted too, try battlefield 2, its only 25 used at game trader.

If you are getting a 360 just get the HD DVD player with it... only about $150 and I believe it also upverts DVDs. I had a fancy DVD player that I removed from my system a few months after getting the 360 HD DVD player because the Xbox one seemed better.
I don't have any of those games tradetheo or I'd play you. You'd smoke me though... I really suck compared to most people online. I swear they are all professional gamers.

im thinking of getting one, the price should drop pretty soon on those. I was thinking of getting a ps3, but got the 360 instead due to the fact xbox is better then ps2 graphics wise.
