Tim Russert and all the other pundits on MSNBC are saying there's whispers among her people that she is going to bow out within the next couple weeks and try her stake at VP. Indiana isn't even done yet, she's currently at a 2% lead with the 2nd largest county and a big Obama county still being counted. Supposedly she's meeting with her Superdelegates tomorrow, hopefully they talk some sense into her and make her realize the longer this drags out the worse it is for the party.

Well, considering that the democratic primary is now (and actually was already) over, she could have bowed out gracefully. Instead she gets to go out with the same classlessness that she ran her campaign with... and now it looks like she may well even lose Indiana, so she can go out with her own YouTube-era version of the famous "Dewey Defeats Truman" headline. She deserves it.

I didn't get that impression, since it was me who said "she's delusional". All you said was "what was she going to say?" (or something like that).

The more interesting end game is whether or not she decides that her window is still open in 2012. If so, she's going to do her best to torpedo Sen. Obama, regardless of what she says. As for her being a VP, my impression is that she's not a missionary position kind of gal.

It's a knee-jerk reaction for me, as being called a right-wing wacko is about the nicest and most reasonable thing I've been called in here in a long time.
