Gadzooks! What a way to eliminate a character. Sorry to hear about your dismissal. I've only seen one season of Bones, and I liked it. I thought your character's intellect and naivety counter-balanced everyone else's "street smarts". I hope things work out for you.

I actually found out while I was sitting courtside at the Blazers game in Sacramento. Was a bittersweet moment made more bitter by the Blazers losing.

So when you told us that you had been told that they were going to cut you out of the cast then later said "OOOPS wasn't supposed to say that" is that what you were talking about?

Also why would they want to cut a character out like that? Did they just want to cut costs and eliminate a character? I mean on CSI when characters are removed from the show it's because they either want to move on with their acting careers or because they want to retire etc. For you it seemed like you wanted to still be on the show and you were an important character on the show. I don't know it just seemed a little gimmicky to me how they cut you out like that.

Sorry to hear that, Eric. I'm sure you're disappointed, but I'm sure you'll also be back on your feet in no time, and starring on another show. In the meantime, you've still got the Blazers and this board, so life is good!

Damn KS, that sounds kind of harsh. I don't see the "sweet" in the bittersweet moment you are talking about. What did they do call/text message you at night to let you know you were being cut at the end of the season . . . it seems there would be a more diplomatic way to do it.
