Re: Obama rally was fueled by free rock concert

They are from Portland and play here all the time. Their crowds are probably a couple hundred people at most shows. The rally had 75,000 people.

Do the math.

I've already done the math. Maybe your commie math doesnt add it correctly, but Obama+Decemberists = end of America.

Re: Obama rally was fueled by free rock concert

Ive talked to 3 people who went there, and not only did they all laugh at the idea, but they had no idea who the group was.

This is probably the dumbest point made in the history of political debate. I'm embarrassed for the people who took the time to think of it, and even more embarrassed for those who bought it, and just flat out feel sorry for those who repeated it as though it was a valid point to make.

It is the new Republican strategy -- you take a strength of opponent and make it a weakness. Like John Kerry -- who actually served in Vietnam vs. Bush who is viewed by many as an avoider of the draft -- Sure he went to Vietnam and was awarded a purple heart, but it wasn't legitimately earned. Sure -- Obama had 70,000 people come watch him speak, but they were really there for the Decemberists. If you take something absurd and repeat it over and over and over again, eventually someone will believe it.

I was taught Math by an old communist man in the hills at an abandoned church.
Lets say you work very hard for the week while I work no so hard at all. The boss has to split $20 between us for our work. Now Im sure you're saying I get $15! I worked harder. No my friend, you get $5, because I have proven to the boss that my need is greater than yours, and that you can make it by on $5.

Now thats math. The kind of math Obama will be teaching our children, and the kind of math the Decemberists will be teaching America when Obama hires them on to write the new National Anthem.

Its all there in black and white. If you're too blind to see it, its not me and TH's fault.

Clearly, we need to ban math. Or Canadians. Or both. We'll still import LaBatt though.

Fine, but I want the LaBatt Porter. Oh, and a Wii Fit - Radio Shack told me they won't be getting it in until June.

In return, I'll throw in a Decembrists CD.

Well, it's a known fact that the Smothers Brothers hated America. So, that just further proves their point.
