I'm certain he's the Democratic nominee, but AP is calling the race based on those that won't commit until SD and MT is called.

It doesn't look like by the time he speaks in St. Paul that he'll have the actual numbers. Still a huge night for Sen. Obama and a remarkable accomplishment. Last year at this time, who would have thunk it?
