Countdown did a piece on it tonight, and if you didn't know what it was, you probably will want to kick something after you hear about it.

It's basically the reason our gas has doubled in price in the last 5 years or so.



There is a bit where Clinton didn't do jack about it, but it's kind of scary that so many of McCain's people have their fingers in this obvious scam.
