There was a similar list in the Charlotte Observer.
It's not quite the same, though.

Well, looking at the list a little closer....
Fizer, Alexander and Bremer are RFA's, so those are 3 players who would become UFA's if/when selected. So where are the rest of the RFA's? Or at least the rest of the picks, since they have to select 14 players as a minimum.
Makes me doubt the validity of the list just a bit since it isn't complete. It could be a "we're picking these players for sure and have to make up our mind on the others" list. In which case, the Blazers could still lose someone.

A mock expansion draft by some guy from the Charlotte newspaper doesn't sound as exciting as him getting ahold of the official list.

By the way, someone mentioned Utah trying to get Pavlovic back. Once selected by Charlotte, the other team can not get them back for one year. Much the same concept as matching offer sheets for a player
