Draft: Seattle looking to trade down?

Quote:
12 Luke Jackson: He’s been roaming around this area for most of the month, and sources indicate that he is the player the Sonics covet the most right here, as the perfect replacement for Brent Barry (although their game isn’t that similar). Passing on Kris Humphries will be awfully tough, but we’ve been hearing for weeks that the Seattle front office is fearful of heads rolling if they don’t make the playoffs this year. If they stand pat, they will take the player that can help them out the most this year. Look for Seattle to try and trade down as they’ve been working the phones diligently lately looking for an exit out of here. Would they settle for the #22 and 23 picks from Portland instead? Who knows what they could get here.

hey, if Seattle is willing, I'd be happy with that trade coming out.

#12 for #22 and 23....sign me up. We also have Rahim to use to move up in teh draft or do whatever with. Also in a trade Rahim and #12 is more intriguing then Rahim and #22 and #23.

Seattle is shopping for a center, there is one to be had in LA, and the Blazers are rumored to be handing out cash for picks.

#'s 22 and 23 and 3m to Seattle for #12?

Can't give more than $3 million in a trade.
