Such a stong word for the displeasure of the colors Yellow and Purple! I like to feel that the Lakers are the evil empire and we are the rebels. Everyone knows that Luke Skywalker destroyed the Death Star!!!!
Anywhos, welcome aboard 69firebird and may the force be with you!
I am such a geek!

Welcome to the board! Yeah, it should be interesting to see what happens to the Blazers in the realm of trades/FA signings this summer.
BTW, Mychal Thompson wasn't involved in the Vandeweghe trade. In fact, he was the Blazers' second leading scorer the year after the trade (84-85). I believe the main pieces going to Denver with Fat Lever for Kiki were Calvin Natt and Wayne Cooper.

One of the reasons I really look forward to the draft and big trades (Damon for anyone please?) is the big influx of fans who've been following certain players like Telfair, or these Russian kids.
Welcome to all the new posters.
SHould be a fun off season.
