My favourite game was Portland vs. LA in the 2000 Western Conference Finals, Game 5 in LA.
Portland was on the ropes, down 3-1, and many seemed to think Game 5 represented the end of the series.
Also, I was at that game. It was a great game, as Pippen and the Blazers flustered the Lakers, controlled the game and won the game.
It's not the most dramatic or most important game in recent memory, though it had elements of both...but being there to see it live was electric.

This is the page I found it on. Wow. Lots of memories to go through here:

I made this post a while back with a recap of that game from the '91-'92 Media guide.
"BLAZERS 117, SPURS 103, November 25, 1990
At Portland (Game 11, 11-0)
Scoring by Quarter:
First: 49-18
Second: 15-32
Third: 25-27
Fourth: 28-26
Final: 117-103
Att.: 12,884
The Blazers used a 49-point first quarter en route to their then club record 11th consecutive conquest... Portland made 22-25 shots from the field in the first quarter, the highest-scoring first quarter in club history, led by Clyde Drexler's 15 points... San Antonio responded with 13 straight second quarter points to cut a 58-29 deficit to 58-42 as the Blazers made only 6-of-25 second period shots... The Spurs trimmed the lead to 68-61 in the third period before Portland responded with an 18-4 burst to lead 103-81... All five Portland starters scored in double figures, led by Kevin Duckworth's 22 points... Portland shot .547 from the field, and held San Antonio to a .457 ledger... Cliff Robinson came off the Blazer bench to score 18 points in 21 minutes, 13 in the second half."
I also have video highlights of that quarter somewhere...

My favorite team memory was not from a game. It was Media Day at the very beginning of the 2000-01 season. We were in Portland and the kids and I went over to the training facility to see if we could meet the players.
I got to meet Sabonis for the first time and so that, of course, was a great memory in itself, but what really sticks out in my mind was the buoyancy and optimism the whole team exuded. After the heartbreaking loss in G7 a few months previous, they were all back for training camp and were noticeably pumped for another chance at a title. Everyone of them stopped and actually chatted with us....even bad boy Rasheed and snooty Scottie. They were friendly and helpful and didn't seem to mind signing a ton of stuff for us. The whole atmosphere was one of excitement about the upcoming season, for us as fans but also for the players.
Unfortunately, of course, the season ended on a less-than-positive note....but it is still a great memory.

My favorite was a gmae against GS. It was two years ago when Wallace went nuts for about 8-9 minute between the 3rd and fourth quarters. Tom Tolbert did a Mad Skillz piece on him at the start of the fourth quater (which I still have on TiVo). Wallace hit his typical myriad of shots; turn around jumpers, three pointers, baseline drives and the most wicked alley oop I have ever seen. Damon threw one of the wost half court passes for an oop that I've seen but that didn't matter. Sheed cought the ball outside the backboard one-handed and threw it down over two Warriors and finished with a loud screem. Tolbert stopped the relay and called Wallace "Inspector Gardet" in reference to his arm extension.
I loved Wallce but it was his time to go. Just as he is part of my most favorable and incredible Blazer memory, he also haunts me with his be-rating of the officials, lackidasical (sp) work ethic, and his drifting in and out of important games. We needed him to be the warrior everynight and he just couldn't or wouldn't, only he know which.

1990 Playoffs were great. Nobody expected the Blazers to get to the finals. Blazermania was back!! Here are my favorite Blazer memories:
1) The game that I remeber the most was Game 7 of the second round series against the Spurs. The Blazers had been outplayed in the fourth quarter and were down by 7 points with about 1 minute left. Larry Brown called a timeout just to remind his players not to make any stupid mistakes. (He said afterward he thought it was in the bag, barring a mircacle) I remember that Clyde Drexler hit about a 30 footer off the glass to make it a four point game, Porter made a layup, & Duckworth knocked down a shot from about the free throw line to send it into OT, where the Blazers won 108-105 to advance. There is no way Portland should have won that game or that series.
2) Same year, next series vs. the Suns. I was at the Coliseum for game #2. The Blazers got off to a horrible start!! They were down by 20 + points in the first half and it looked like Pheonix was having their way. The third quarter was amazing. The Blazers went on a huge run to get back in the game (they eventually won 108-107, I think) The crowd noise was so loud that my ears rang the whole next day!! After the game, nobody wanted to leave!! They brought out Schonely to do the post-game interview and afterward nobody left. We just stayed there for another 1/2 hour or so talking to people I've never met. I've never been to a sporting event where there was more energy than this game!!

My favorite moment, and I do mean moment, not game, had to be 1st quarter, game 7, 2003 against Dallas. Sabonis absolutely posterized the Dallas defenders again and again with an aray of his graceful, yet awkward low post moves, and also had a walk the dog assist to Bonzi Wells. I knew if we just gave him the ball as much as we could and said "Go score" he had the mentality that game, that he was unstoppable and he could have scored 25. Too bad Cheeks took him out after he scored his 8th point and didn't put him back in until late in the third quarter.

My bad. I didn't look it up, but I'll take your word for it. It was probably the most asinine call against the Blazers in recent memory - either that, or the call against Brian Grant for fouling Karl Malone's elbow with his forehead in the second round of the '99 playoffs (and this time, I won't try to recall which game it was ).

too many of past memories...
...so for just this year, i would say the final game against l.a. having the whole team (in uniform) score. the thing that i loved was that we almost won! with our whole team scoring, even outlaw! hot azz dunk!! we played the whole bench and they all scored!!! it's not the best memory in history but i feel it stands out among all. i mean, look who was in the finals and got spanked. l.a. didn't even play there whole bench. etc. etc.

I was fortunate enough to be invited to that Spurs game in '90. There's not a lot more to say that hasn't been posted but in that first quarter alone we had 5 blocks and were 5/5 from the three point line and Kersey had one of them! You knew it was special when Jerome knocks down a three. I also remember getting a leg workout from standing up so many times in the 1st qtr. It was the most unbelievable basketball I've ever seen.
The rest of the game was torture though as we let down and had to hold them off.
